Revenue Tower Changanacherry is an imposing landmark building located in the heart of Chanaganacherry, the land of traditional business and land of five lamps(Anchu Velaku).
The Changanacherry Revenue Tower was Inaguarated on March 26 2001 by P.J Joseph and since then has become the most prestigious building on Chanaganacherry's skyline. The Tower stands 50 metres high and is one of the tallest buildings in the region.

The Tower comprises 7 floors, 3 of them are let commercially with a total net lettable space of approximately 283,000 square feet.Tenants in the Revenue Tower jointly formed a statutory body named "Revenue Tower Occupants Association, which examines and evaluate every day functioning of Tower and giving valuable recommendations regularly to the Board for unproblematic and supple service to tenants and the public. Among the 110 tenants include Government offices & Private Commercial firms,including Thrivani supermarket,DSMS,Consolidated Solutions etc. The Tower also provides the ideal location for the Legal consultants and Advocate offices.

The Tower office building totals 23.000sq.m in 7 floors. It was purposely built and equipped with the modern technology systems to improve efficiency and productivity of tenants' business. With flexible floor planning, which allows tenants to design the space to suit their own particular requirements. The middile portion is designed for meetings and get togethers.
